it’s kelli again. you know, that super-frustrated woman who’s paying you to redesign her business website.

your last email states that you’re all finished. but, upon close inspection and testing across several browsers, you either can’t do what I’m asking or you refuse to. i’ve been as patient as I’m going to be.

• you’re obviously very good at jQuery but your CSS skills are severely lacking.
• the blog integration is … well … I’m sure you know it’s just horrible.
• and you STILL haven’t answered my questions about editing the galleries.

i don’t have any idea when (or if) you’ll be done since you won’t give me a firm completion date. the current version of my site is sloppy and unrefined. when i say “no text on images, please” that actually means DON’T PUT ANY FUCKING TEXT ON TOP OF MY IMAGES! from the beginning, i asked you to make the new site work EXACTLY the way the current one does. that doesn’t mean invent new image transitions. it doesn’t mean make the thumbnails visible when they weren’t before. it doesn’t mean change where the captions are placed. HOW HARD IS IT TO JUST DO WHAT I ASKED?!

now, every aspect of the site has be tweaked and made right by me or another coder (if there are any honest ones out there). i guess you assumed i had the time to clean up after the mess you made of my site.

while i can appreciate you’ve got some serious personal stuff going on, that doesn’t excuse your lack of communication. this is your business. run it like one. you got paid for what you assured me you could do well and quickly. i, unfortunately, got neither.
